As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced and motivated Lettings Manager to join our team and take the lead in driving our lettings department forward.

The Role

As Lettings Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the smooth running of our lettings operations—from managing the team and ensuring compliance, to maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants. You'll play a key role in business growth and will be the go-to person for all things lettings-related.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the daily lettings operations, ensuring a high level of customer service.
  • Lead, motivate, and support the lettings team to achieve individual and branch targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
  • Conduct market appraisals, valuations, and property viewings when needed.
  • Ensure all lettings processes comply with relevant legislation and company policies.
  • Monitor and report on lettings performance and key metrics.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and improvement within the department.
  • Resolve complex tenancy issues efficiently and professionally.

About You

You'll ideally have:

  • Proven experience in a lettings management or senior lettings role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance requirements.
  • A track record of meeting targets and driving business growth.
  • A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • A full UK driving licence.
