Support Worker (Internally known as an Enablement Associate)
Rate of Pay: £13.85
Location: Lymington Hampshire
Hours: Full time or Part time hours (12 hour day shifts) -
Shifts times: 10.00 to 19.00 pm - (Working Alternate Saturday)

About the role
We have a family looking for special people to join a growing team working with a young non-verbal adult, for daily outings in the community and to provide educational activities in his purpose built cabin at home,
Flexible, full or part time hours offered to fit in with family life and support with personal care is required.
All staff are supported to implement a holistic programme based on ABA principles through onsite training with visiting consultants, in addition to our regular training. The family encourage staff to incorporate their own interests into this programme.

Benefits include: 29 days annual leave (pro rata), rising to 30 days annual leave (pro rata) as of the 1st April, following your 1-year anniversary with PBS4., in-house paid induction training, followed by 12 weeks blended e-learning, coaching, and mentoring. About PBS4
PBS4 is a values led social care organisation, providing Neurodisability Services to individuals with Learning Disabilities, Autism and/or behaviours that may challenge. We support people living in their own homes, with their own tenancies, and we utilise Positive Behaviour Support as the framework for the support we provide.
We are a medium-sized organisation supporting people across Hampshire, Dorset, Berkshire, Somerset, and Oxfordshire and with a workforce of around 350 employees.
