We have a great opportunity for an IT Support Analyst to join our team in the Gatwick office.
This is an opportunity for someone to come in to help support our user base and IT systems.

Key Responsibilities
Here's what you'll be doing:
Provide support for up to 1100 users.
Triage of incoming calls and emails to ensure rapid allocation and resolution of tickets.
Signpost callers to existing solutions on the knowledgebase to educate them to resolve common recurring issues.
Work alongside more senior members of the IT team to troubleshoot and resolve any IT issues.
Provide deskside, remote and Service Desk support.
Provide a high level of customer service to a wide range of users.
Be involved in company-wide technology roll outs.

Qualifications
- Knowledge of ITIL environments (highly desirable)
Technical Skills
- Strong IT skills, including solid experience with MS Office
- Windows 11 expertise – a must-have
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with IT Support environments, Desktop & Laptop support
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure, Modern Management & ServiceDesk tools is a bonus
