The Opportunity
We have a number of Part-Time exciting opportunities for a personable, enthusiastic individual - ideally from a customer facing background - to join our growing Shutterly Fabulous telephone team in Brighton
This is an office-based role, playing a key part in supporting the continued fast growth of our dynamic and agile business.
Once established there will be opportunity to work remotely for part of your week.
The Role:
You will be part of the team that support our Field Specialists by scheduling appointments and following up to take payment where necessary.
We will support your development with product, systems, and ongoing sales training to help give our customers a 'Specialist On The Phone', as well as in the home.
Our ideal candidate is confident with customers, friendly, and calm in their approach – and as our name suggests – nothing less than Fabulous

And you probably already know that we work in collaboration with John Lewis & Partners, exclusively servicing their nationwide customer demand for interior shutters.
Key Responsibilities:
Scheduling and managing customer appointments and installations
Taking payment opportunities through excellent telephone service skills.
Providing Fabulous service by telephone, email, and online chat.
Accurately responding to customer queries and requests.
Essential Skills & Attributes:
Great people skills
Great communication & interpersonal skills
Passion for customer service
Positive, hardworking attitude
Competent with numbers and metric measurements
Fluency in English
Desirable Criteria:
Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer / people focussed role

Salary and Hours:
Hourly Rate - £ £14.62 based on experience (£26-£28.5k FT equivalent)
We are ideally seeking a candidate that can be available for core hours Monday to Friday - However we have opportunities for both weekday and weekend working from 20 to 30 hours.
