Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest experiences. Your responsibilities will include serving beverages, assisting with food preparation, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. Duties

• Serve drinks and beverages to guests in a timely and friendly manner
• Prepare and serve food items while adhering to food safety standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area and kitchen
• Engage with guests to enhance their experience through excellent guest services
• Upsell menu items to maximise sales opportunities
• Handle cash transactions accurately using basic math skills
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service times
• Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods

Experience

• Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is highly desirable
• Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations
• Experience in food preparation or culinary roles is an advantage
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Excellent guest service skills with the ability to engage positively with patrons
• Knowledge of upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction

Pay: £12.41 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
