Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Skilled Laborer to join our drylining/suspended ceiling team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic (no scolling through tiktok all day) and a willingness to learn, contributing to various projects that require physical labour and technical skills. Experience with hand and power tools a must with some knowledge of various on site trades is preferred. CSCS card and own transport is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of manual tasks including lifting, carrying, and moving materials as required.
  • Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
  • Assist in the assembly, installation, and maintenance of structures or equipment.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to specifications.
  • Report any issues or concerns to supervisors promptly.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to the role.

Skills

  • Proficient in using hand tools and power tools.
  • Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labour for extended periods.
  • Basic understanding of construction or manufacturing processes is advantageous.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
