Job Description

· Companionship: As a Live-In Care Professional you will provide a new lease of life, essential for physical & emotional wellbeing.

· Personal Care: Providing highly personal and tailored support to care for our clients with dignity, respect & patience.

· Dementia Care: Compassionate, insightful & proactive approach to dementia care. We are regarded best in class. As a Live-In Care Pro you will be a huge support and comfort for both the client and the family alike.

· Gold Standard End of Life Care: Should the client come to the point, we follow the UK's leading framework for later years life plan that is right & personal for our client & their loved ones.

Qualifications
  • Experience giving highly compassionate and professional care
  • Experience working with people living with dementia is really valuable 
  • Ideally you will have a transferrable DBS
  • Must pass our 'mum test' - this means that we would be happy for the person to look after our own mum, dad, or loved one. 
  • Must be able to work in the UK
Additional Information

As a Live-In Care Professional, you will be provided with:

  • £130 per day.
  • 3 meals food allowance.
  • Highly supportive team around you; daily calls, weekly visits, contactable 24 hours and since we are local, we can visit same day when needed.
  • A separate room to stay and access to a TV and WiFi. 
  • Comprehensive training.
  • Employee referral bonus programme - for any successful referrals from employees we offer £100 after their first call and a further £200 after 6 months.
