The Royal Horticultural Society (RHS), the UK's leading gardening charity, inspiring everyone to grow, is looking for a casual Glow Stewards to join the team, at our RHS Garden Rosemoor.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of RHS Glow, the RHS' annual winter light trail. As twilight falls the gardens are transformed into a world of magical wonders. Are you passionate about customer service and enhancing visitor experience? The Casual Glow stewards are an integral part of this fantastic event which has become a staple of the festive calendar creating a warm welcoming experience for our visitors as well as supporting the operational and health and safety aspects of the event.
Overview of the Role:
We are looking to recruit Casual Glow Stewards to join our supportive and friendly team. As Casual Glow Steward you will be accountable for…
- Engage with and provide a warm welcoming experience for all visitors coming to the Glow Event, answering their queries, ensuring they have a fantastic experience.
- Monitor and maintain the flow of visitors throughout the event space to ensure an even distribution of visitors is maintained.
- Ensure Health and Safety regulations and training is followed at all times. Help to implement protocols in the event of an incident such as a power failure.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Available for regular shifts including weekends and peak holiday dates.
