About The Role
The Marketing Acquisition / Performance Manager at Snuggle Me Organic will be responsible for driving DTC growth and channel performance across paid and partnership initiatives, including leading affiliate program, managing the paid media and SEO agency. The person in this role will get the opportunity to report on performance and suggest improvements in acquisition strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Acquisition Strategy Development – Designs and implements strategies to drive user acquisition and revenue growth across paid media, SEO, and Affiliate channels.
  • PPC Campaign Management – Plans, executes, and optimises paid search and paid social campaigns to maximise ROI.
  • SEO Strategy & Optimisation – Develops and oversees SEO initiatives to improve organic traffic, rankings, and visibility.
  • Affiliate Program Management – Recruits, manages, and optimises affiliate partnerships to drive traffic and sales.
  • Data Analysis & Performance Reporting – Tracks KPIs across acquisition channels, analysing performance to inform strategy and budget allocation.
  • Budget Management – Allocates and monitors budgets across PPC, SEO, and affiliate campaigns to ensure efficient spending.
  • Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) – Works with Senior Ecom Manager to Implement strategies to improve website, landing page, and funnel performance.
  • Market & Competitor Analysis – Monitors industry trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to stay competitive.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Works with marketing, creative, product, and analytics teams to align acquisition efforts with overall business goals.
  • Innovation & Growth Initiatives – Identifies and tests new channels, platforms, and strategies to scale user acquisition and revenue.

About You

  • You have 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, working with affiliate programs and multiple DTC growth channels
  • You are data-driven and are used to drawing conclusions from large data sets
  • You ideally have experience with MTA (Multi Touch Attribution) models
  • Your thrive in utilising evidence to inform overall strategy and propose solutions
  • You have experience managing budgets
  • You are interested in understanding how AI will impact SEO activities, and how to adapt your strategy and action plan to that.
