We are looking for a skilled and confident Aesthetic Therapist to join our growing team. If you have a passion for skin health, advanced treatments and high-quality service, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a range of advanced skin treatments including:
• Facials (including advanced and bespoke protocols)
• Chemical peels
• Microneedling
• Laser treatments (hair removal, skin rejuvenation, vascular lesions etc.)
• Conduct thorough skin consultations and create personalised treatment plans.
• Maintain excellent treatment standards, professionalism and client experience.
• Provide pre- and post-treatment advice to ensure client safety and results.
• Keep accurate treatment records in line with clinic protocols.
• Maintain a clean, safe and well-organised treatment room.
• Support with client bookings, follow-ups and product recommendations where required.
• Uphold clinic values, policies and health & safety procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years' experience in a similar aesthetic or advanced skin role.
• Confident and competent in facials, chemical peels, microneedling and laser treatments.
• Level 3 Beauty Therapy (Level 4 or laser qualification preferred).
• Strong communication and client-care skills.
• Friendly, professional and passionate about delivering excellent results.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small, supportive team.
