Clarke is seeking a highly organised and proactive
Project Coordinator
to support the Vodafone Programme team in delivering key milestones across telecom infrastructure projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong coordination skills, advanced IT proficiency and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
The Role
As a Project Coordinator, you will play a vital role in tracking and reporting milestone-related activities, maintaining accurate data across internal and client systems and supporting the Assistant Project Manager to ensure successful programme delivery. You'll liaise with internal teams, external suppliers and client contacts to keep projects moving and meet agreed SLAs.
Location:
This role is predominantly office-based at our Newbury location, where most of the Vodafone Programme team operates.

Key Responsibilities
- Programme Coordination:
Track and report milestone progress across internal and client systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. - Client Management:
Communicate with customer contacts for approvals, attend client meetings (online and in person), and build strong relationships. - Supplier Management:
Coordinate external suppliers to ensure timely completion of activities contributing to programme milestones. - Data Management:
Maintain and update project data in systems such as Sitetracker, Sitelopedia, Remedy, and Siterra. - Finance Support:
Ensure finance-impacting tasks (surveys, drawings, HOPs) are completed accurately and milestones recorded for timely billing and payments. - Governance & Compliance:
Ensure all tasks adhere to Clarke and client guidance and contractual requirements. - People & Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams across Acquisition, Planning, Design, Build, and Admin functions, providing support and driving progress.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Proven experience in a similar administrator or coordinator role.
- Advanced IT skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook etc).
- Ability to manage and develop efficient processes.
Desirable:
- Experience in the mobile telecoms industry.
- Familiarity with customer tools and systems (Sitetracker, Sitelopedia, Remedy, Siterra).
