We operate in the professional Audio Visual and Digital Signage market and we are expanding aggressively. We need a results-driven executor who owns our digital presence and drives commercial outcomes daily.
No spectators. Full accountability.
Key Responsibilities
Shopify — Product & Commercial Execution
- Create and optimise product, collection, and promotional pages
- Maintain 100 percent product data accuracy: pricing, specs, logistics, meta fields
- Build bundles, upsells, required accessories, and conversion boosters
- Benchmark and adjust positioning versus competitors
- Support Google Merchant feed accuracy
Social Media — Daily Posting & Brand Visibility
- Manage and publish daily posts across:
Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), Pinterest, YouTube
- Create AV-focused media that demonstrates products in real environments
- Drive inbound engagement, leads, and product visibility
- Reply to comments/messages to capture opportunities
Social Media Advertising
- Build and optimise paid social ads (Meta & LinkedIn ideally)
- Deploy promotional pushes for target product lines and vertical markets
- Track CTR, conversions, and CPL — no spend without ROI
SEO & Performance
- SEO execution: metadata, tags, internal linking, schema, keywords
- Analytics reporting with direct corrective actions
- Increase organic rankings and intent-driven traffic
- Reduce reliance on paid acquisition over time
Content Production & Marketing Support
- Film and edit product videos, unboxings, installation showcases
- Create digital assets for email, product promotions, and landing pages
- Support B2B and trade marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with Sales to spotlight the right products
Required Skills — Mandatory
Shopify CMS
Email Marketing
Audio Visual or IT hardware product understanding
Social media content creation & daily execution
SEO fundamentals (hands-on, not theoretical)
Adobe Photoshop + Adobe Illustrator
Canva for rapid design
Short-form video editing competency
Strong English written communication
High attention to commercial detail
Fast execution and prioritisation discipline
Preferred Technical Competencies
- Meta Business Suite advertising
- LinkedIn Ad Campaign setup
- Google Ads basics
- Google Analytics, Search Console
- Klaviyo / Zoho / Email marketing automation knowledge
- Excel reports for performance tracking

- Revenue increase by improved merchandising
- Listing accuracy and deployment speed

Package & Progression
- £14.00 – £15.00 hourly rate based on proven impact
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm
