Who are we?

Our dedicated team have a fantastic local reputation, delivering truly person-centred care to the highest quality in a small, family operated 13 bed residential and dementia Care Home just outside of Kettering. We are looking to find someone to support our care team: a like minded, caring individual to work helping to provide quality care & support to our residents.

Who are you?

Working alongside our experienced team you will be a carer, a friend and an integral part of the team, developing care plans and supporting all aspects of the care home family. Experience of caring for the elderly is preferred, but more important to us is the passion to want to do this to the best of your ability and we offer a comprehensive training programme to support you in doing this.

What will you do?

You will provide physical and emotional support to our residents, helping them to maintain their independence, championing their dignity and liaising and supporting families. This will involve support with personal care & hygiene, as well as providing regular opportunities for social engagement and interaction.

The shifts we will have available do vary and some weekend working will be required as we aim for all of our staff to have weekends off as well as weekends on.
