Skin & Co is Morpeth's newest luxury beauty and skincare destination, offering advanced skin treatments, laser hair removal, hair & beauty services, and a high-end client experience. We are looking for an exceptionally skilled and confident Advanced Skin Expert to join our growing team.

Role Overview

As an Advanced Skin Expert at Skin & Co, you will deliver premium, results-driven skin treatments with a focus on advanced technology and client-centred care. You will use your expertise to assess skin concerns, provide tailored treatment plans, and ensure each client receives a luxury experience from consultation to aftercare.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform a wide range of advanced skin treatments, including:
  • HydraFacial
  • IPL treatments
  • Microneedling
  • Laser hair removal
  • Skin analysis & consultation
  • LED light therapy
  • Chemical peels
  • Create personalised treatment plans based on client skin assessments.
  • Ensure outstanding client care and maintain the luxury feel of the Skin & Co brand.
  • Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and hygiene standards to the highest level.
  • Advise clients on aftercare, skincare routines, and Skin & Co retail products.
  • Accurately manage client records and appointment notes.
  • Work collaboratively with the Skin & Co team, including beauticians and hair technicians.

Essential Requirements

  • NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy (minimum)
  • Experience with advanced skin treatments (training can be provided for certain devices if needed).
  • Confident and competent in performing results-led treatments.
  • Strong communication, professionalism, and customer service skills.
  • A passion for skin health, aesthetics, and continuous learning.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a positive team culture.

Desirable

  • Level 4 Laser & IPL qualification
  • Experience working in a skin clinic or aesthetic environment
  • Retail sales experience
  • Knowledge of medical-grade skincare
