It is an exciting time for the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner (OPCC) here in Nottinghamshire as we work to support Police and Crime Commissioner (PCC) Gary Godden to deliver his Police and Crime Plan, hold Nottinghamshire Police to account and commission a wide range of victim and community services.

To support this work, we are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Research and Insight Manager to lead the delivery of our research and insight functions and help ensure our decision making and commissioning is evidence-led and delivering the best possible outcomes for our communities.

Managing a team of competent and professional partnership analysts, you will work closely with our policy and scrutiny manager, commissioning team and partner organisations to develop needs assessments, evaluation reports and performance monitoring products that will help us to target resources where they are needed most and deliver maximum value for money.
