Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various settings, ensuring that all areas are tidy and presentable. This role requires a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, making it essential for the Cleaner to possess excellent communication skills and a friendly disposition.

The job will cover 4 days for 2 hours a day. You will work with existing cleaner.

training will be given. Overtime will be when people are on holiday.

Duties

  • Perform cleaning tasks in designated areas, including offices, restrooms.
  • Use appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management promptly.
  • Maintain an organised stock of cleaning supplies and request replenishment as needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to requests or concerns from clients in a professional manner.
  • Follow health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.

Skills

  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written, to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to interact positively with clients and address their needs.
  • Excellent communication skills to ensure clear understanding of tasks and responsibilities.
