Job title: Property Valuer

Locations: Aldridge

Basic Salary: £26,000 - £27,000. Increased to £30,000 after 18 months

OTE: £45,000+

Plus: £500 Minimum Commission Guarenteed for the first 6 months

Car Allowance: £3,000 + Fuel Card

Hours: 9 - 5:30am - Monday to Friday

Weekend: Every other Saturday 9am - 4:30am, with a day of in lieu in the week

Our client, a market leading independent and extremely well reviewed estate agent, is seeking a skilled and motivated Sales Valuer to join their dynamic team. The Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience in property sales valuations, preferably within the estate agency industry.Comfortable with Social MediaStrong analytical and market research skills.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Good organizational skills and attention to detail.Knowledge of the local property market is an advantage.A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicleKey Responsibilities:
Conduct accurate and comprehensive property valuations for sales, providing reliable and detailed information to vendors.Provide expert advice to clients on property value, market conditions, and sales strategies.Stay updated with local property market trends to inform valuations and client advice.Prepare detailed valuation reports and present findings to clients in a clear and professional manner.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.Identify opportunities for new business and contribute to achieving sales targetsAssist in negotiating property sales, ensuring the best possible outcomes for clients.Current Figures Are:

1% Average fees

65% Conversion Rate

£75 per
