The Opportunity

We're seeking a passionate and creative Hair Stylist to join the Dzire collective.

This role is ideal for an experienced stylist or colourist who takes pride in their work, delivers exceptional client experiences, and thrives in a supportive, luxury setting.

You'll have the freedom to express your creativity, develop your skills, and work alongside like-minded professionals in an environment that values both artistry and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver expert hairdressing services including cutting, colouring, styling, and specialist treatments.
  • Provide personalised consultations to understand and meet client needs.
  • Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, professionalism, and salon presentation.
  • Manage appointments efficiently to ensure smooth client flow throughout the day.
  • Contribute to the overall success and atmosphere of the salon through teamwork and positivity.

What We're Looking For

  • Qualified Hair Stylist with a strong portfolio of work and client care excellence.
  • Skilled in modern colouring, cutting, and styling techniques (experience in barbering, extensions, or treatments is a plus).
  • Confident communicator with a warm, professional approach.
  • Organised, reliable, and passionate about personal and professional growth.
