The Head of Design manages and oversees the creative design function of the marketing team and ensures design continuity across the organization. The head of design will lead the company's creative and branding initiatives, applying the brand standard guidelines in creative materials, and ensure they are consistently applied for a holistic brand experience for our audiences. The head of design will manage one marketing designer (with the potential to grow the team in the future) and any design agencies or freelancers, and will take on design projects themselves.
A Little About You...
- Degree in design or related field
- At least eight years of B2B design experience
- At least three years of management experience
- Have mastery of the following domains (as least two): graphic design, corporate branding, video production and editing, website design, illustration
- Be current on the latest design trends and styles
- Knowledge of large corporate enterprises and visual identities that appeal to our audience
- Design experience across various formats, including print, web, video, email
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Experience in product design a plus
About the role...
- Lead and manage the organization's visual identity ensuring alignment with messaging
- Recommend and develop new visual brand standards and guidelines, including for any subsidiaries or acquired companies
- Manage and guide design team in numerous projects, including event collateral development, email marketing, digital ads, content marketing, and more
- Project manage/oversee design team outputs
- Collaborate across departments to ensure teams access and use latest materials
- Collaborate across departments to create sales and CS enablement components, including proposals, slide templates, one-pagers, videos, and more
- Work closely with product marketing to ensure strong product and feature visual representation
- Maintain design aspects of corporate website
- Recommend visual content that complements marketing campaigns
- Guide design projects across various formats, including print, web, video, email
