Department Purpose
Without our Merchandisers, there would be no product on our website and in our stores The Merchandising team ensures that we have the right products, in the right place, at the right time and in the right quantities Responsible for maximizing the profitability of each line with great product placement, working closely with the planning side of the merchandising team, DC and Retail team. 

Role Responsibilities

This role is responsabile for maximizing the profitability of each line with great product placement, working closely with the planning side of the merchandising team, DC and Retail team.Track inventory orders end to end from supplier into the Distribution Centre and then out to both retail and digital channels 

Primary Responsibilities

Track inventory orders end to end from supplier into the Distribution Centre and then out to both retail and digital channels 
Manage allocation plans end to end for your Brand, reviewing intake to support  planning
Determine the appropriate balance of stock levels between retail and digital by setting targets and monitoring sales to drive growth
Participate in seasonal tiering and grading analysis to support width and depth of stock through our brands 
Support space changes within our retail fleet by assisting the team to  make astute decisions, meet deadlines, sales targets, and VM requirements
Use relevant analysis and reporting to optimise inventory flow within the DC
Engage with different stakeholders across the business to understand the sizing strategy we offer to our customers
Assist the team to prepare for Monday trade meetings 
Provide weekly stock availability reporting to the wider business
Engage in store visits with the agility to react to business needs where required

Experience
Desire to work in a fast paced retail environment 
Aware this role requires working as part of a team and also as an individual on different tasks and projects 
Experience using excel
