Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Monday to Sunday, 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM (weekends are mandatory)

Reports to: Spa Manager / Assistant Spa Manager

About the Role:

We are currently seeking a passionate and professional Spa Therapist to join our team. You will deliver a wide range of spa treatments to the highest standards, ensuring our guests, members, and clients have an exceptional and relaxing experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a range of high-quality spa treatments including massages, facials, body treatments, waxing, and manicures/pedicures.
  • Ensure clients receive a warm, friendly, and professional welcome.
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of treatment rooms at all times.
  • Manage time efficiently during treatments and support cost control by using products appropriately.
  • Handle spa reception duties when needed, including bookings, enquiries, and point-of-sale transactions.
  • Support spa operations and work as part of a team to ensure smooth day-to-day running.
  • Address customer concerns in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Maintain a high standard of personal presentation and grooming.
  • Participate in regular training and team meetings.
  • Assist with stock control, equipment care, and general spa upkeep.
  • Promote products and treatments, supporting sales targets set by management.

Requirements:

  • Recognised qualifications in beauty/spa therapy (essential).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (essential).
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
  • A positive, professional attitude and strong attention to detail.
  • Eligibility to work in Ireland.

Health & Safety:

You will be expected to follow all company health, safety, hygiene, and emergency procedures. Reporting any accidents, incidents, or equipment issues is part of this role.
