London, Greater London, United Kingdom Prenuvo Full time £25,000 - £35,000 per year

About Us

At Prenuvo, we are on a mission to flip the paradigm from reactive "sick-care" to proactive health care. Our award-winning whole body scan is fast (under 1 hour), safe (MRI has no ionizing radiation), and non-invasive (no contrast). Our unique integrated stack of optimized hardware, software, and increasingly AI, coupled with the patient-centric experience across our global clinics, have allowed us to lead the change against "we caught it too late again".

We are looking for a Patient Liaison to join our incredible team at our flagship clinic in London, United Kingdom. As our patients enter into the clinic, you will be the welcoming face of our clinic, embodying a cheerful, professional, and polished demeanor at all times. This role is perfect for someone with a natural talent for customer service, a compassionate outlook, and exceptional attention to detail.

Our clinics will be open from Monday - Friday to start and eventually open up to seven (7) days a week, and may require a non-traditional schedule, including weekends. This will be a full time  position with a set schedule though you may be required to work additional hours as are necessary to fulfil your duties.

Help reshape the world through proactive healthcare while working with cutting-edge technology and high performing teams with deep expertise - join us to make a difference in people's lives
