Job Description:

As a Warehouse Operative, you will be the backbone of our warehouse team, working closely with our staff to ensure the seamless coordination and execution of our warehouse processes. Your role will be a cornerstone in maximising efficiency and driving operational success, allowing the team to focus on fulfilling orders and maintaining an organised warehouse.

Salary:

£23,000 - £25,000 per annum, dependent on experience.

Main Responsibilities:

• Order Processing: Picking orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely fulfilment and delivery to clients.

• Customising Packaging: Customising packaging for customer requirements to ensure satisfaction and retention.

• General Warehouse Duties: Maintaining smooth warehouse operations by performing various tasks.

• Receiving Shipments: Processing shipments accurately and efficiently.

• Unloading Containers: Unloading and organising container shipments to ensure efficient storage and retrieval.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Warehouse Operative or in a similar role is preferable but not required, with an emphasis on achieving team goals and a strong work ethic.

• Excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling warehouse-related tasks.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with diverse teams and clients.

• Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and MS Office suite.

• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job.

• Experience driving a forklift truck preferable.

• A positive and proactive attitude, with a passion for contributing to a thriving team.
