An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 3 Healthcare Support Worker, flow co-ordinator position(s) within the site and capacity team.
The post holder will be an integral part of the Site and Capacity team taking clear direction from the senior nurse and working within the Emergency Department to support direct patient flow across the ARI site
The post holder must have experience working in an Acute Hospital setting and have good IT skills. The post holder must be able to display excellent communication skills and accept delegated tasks as well as an ability to work at a fast pace to meet the demands of the department and patient flow whilst maintaining a person centred approach.
This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to develop in the role and at a time of significant change for Unscheduled Care.
This post involves 12 hour shift work and day night rotation to meet the demands of a 7 day service. Full/part time positions available
