Your Opportunity, Your Team

Are you passionate about social media and ready to shape the future of live shopping? QVC UK is looking for a Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic Digital & Social Team. In this pivotal role, you'll drive our Meta (Facebook and Instagram) strategy across organic, paid, and livestream content targeting Gen X customers and supporting our loyal community. You'll collaborate with teams across the business, leverage influencers, and help deliver a uniquely QVC UK experience that drives engagement, revenue, and follower growth.

Where You'll Work

This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at Chiswick Park (London) several days per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company).

What You'll Do

  • Lead Meta content; plan, create, and schedule engaging organic and paid content for Facebook and Instagram, aligned with brand and campaign objectives.

  • Coordinate innovative live shopping events, working closely with trading, influencer, and creative teams to deliver seamless, high-impact livestreams.

  • Develop tailored content for our Garden and Wellbeing initiatives, supporting business growth and brand consistency.

  • Track KPIs, analyse campaign performance, and provide actionable insights to continually improve our social strategy.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience managing Meta platforms, including paid campaigns and organic growth strategies.

  • Experience planning or supporting live social media events, with a keen eye for engaging content and smooth execution.

  • Strong skills in tracking, reporting, and interpreting social media metrics to inform strategy.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally, influence at all levels, and communicate clearly with both internal and external stakeholders.
