Quality Engineer – Manufacturing – Oxfordshire
Our client, a leading manufacturing company in Oxfordshire, is looking for a Quality Engineer to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a quality professional to make a real impact in a fast-paced, precision-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement, maintain, and improve quality management systems in line with industry standards.
Conduct inspections, audits, and root cause analyses to ensure products meet quality expectations.
Work closely with production, design, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues.
Monitor quality data, trends, and performance, providing actionable insights.
Support continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean and Six Sigma projects.
Collaborate with suppliers to ensure materials and components meet required standards.
Candidate Requirements:
Previous experience as a Quality Engineer, ideally within manufacturing.
Knowledge of ISO 9001 or similar quality standards.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Experience with inspection techniques, statistical process control, and root cause analysis.
Excellent communication skills and team-working abilities.
Engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification.
