As a Team Leader in the Connect to Work team at Plymouth City Council, you will lead a group of Employment Specialists who support individuals with health conditions, disabilities, or complex barriers to find and sustain meaningful employment.

Using the proven Individual Placement and Support (IPS) model and the Supported Employment Quality Framework (SEQF), you will guide your team to deliver personalised, high-quality support that truly transforms lives.
