Ipswich Town Football Club is looking for an experienced Security Officer to play a key role in supporting our Club and driving a positive workplace culture.

You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service at all times. As part of the Security Officer team, you will work shifts between 6am and 10pm, maintaining a visible presence to ensure the safety and security of the Club's staff, visitors, and assets at the Stadium.

The Security Officer is the first engagement with customers and staff members, and as such must be a brand ambassador for the football club and proactively promote the organisation in line with the vision and values set by the Chairman..

Who are you?

• You will have experience in a previous security role.
• You will always operate with discretion and confidentiality.
• An SIA licence is desirable but not essential.
• You will be able to work 42 hours per week across Monday to Sunday on a 24-hour rota.
• You will be able to multitask and assist other colleagues when needed.
• You will be comfortable in a busy, fast paced environment.
• You will have excellent communication skills and be confident communicating with people.
• You will have a strong willingness to learn a range of new skills and build on existing abilities.
• You will be organised, able to meet deadlines and keep calm under pressure.
• You will be outgoing, enthusiastic, and passionate about your work.
• You want to work in one of the most exciting organisations in Suffolk
