We're looking for an experienced Estate Agent to join our team. You'll already have a proven track record in listing and selling homes, with the confidence to manage your own pipeline from valuation through to completion.

This is a hands-on role where you'll be out meeting clients, conducting viewings, negotiating offers and building lasting relationships. You'll take pride in your work, have strong local knowledge, and a genuine interest in helping people move.

Responsibilities:

Carry out market appraisals and win new instructions

Photograph and list properties with accurate, engaging descriptions

Conduct viewings and maintain regular client communication

Negotiate sales and progress transactions through to completion

Maintain accurate records and meet agreed performance targets

Represent the company professionally at all times

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years' experience in residential sales

Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills

Good understanding of the local property market

Full UK driving licence and access to a car

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
