This is a vibrant, fast-paced environment where creativity, collaboration, and attention to detail are at the heart of everything we do. The business is looking for a passionate and driven Quality Manager to drive product quality.

The Role

As a key member of the Quality function, you'll support the delivery of product quality and product safety across multiple manufacturing sites. You'll play an active role in championing best practice, driving continuous improvement, and supporting quality initiatives across the supply chain.

Key Accountabilities.

  • Support food safety and product quality standards across UK manufacturing partners
  • Promote a strong Quality Assurance culture across all sites
  • Assist in delivering quality initiatives and continuous improvement projects
  • Support audits of manufacturing sites and suppliers
  • Help resolve quality issues quickly and effectively
  • Contribute to the development of consistent processes and ways of working across the supply network
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, CSR commitments, retailer standards and food safety requirements

People Profile.

We're looking for someone who brings:

  • Experience in technical or quality roles within FMCG (ideally food or drink)
  • A solid understanding of quality systems, legislation, HACCP, risk assessment and auditing
  • Strong stakeholder and relationship-building skills
  • A proactive, organised, detail-focused approach
  • Logical problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate clearly and concisely
  • A degree in a Science or Engineering discipline
