Reporting to the Sales Manager of the delegation, they will be responsible for managing logistics and warehouse operations related to the sales cycle, from order reception and preparation to delivery and stock control, as well as sales order processing, invoicing, and payment follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction, material availability, and compliance with deadlines efficiently and accurately.

You will be responsible for:

  • Receiving information from new clients and managing their registration and sales conditions in the accounting system (Xero or similar) to ensure records and follow-up, and ensure proper client onboarding and have the necessary information for preparing and submitting offers.
  • Receiving requests, developing, and submitting quotations and/or offers to the client (that do not require project development) on time and in accordance with current commercial policies, to ensure timely client response and consistency with company commercial policies.
  • Preparation, shipment, and follow-up of confirmed orders: Package labeling, carrier documentation, to ensure correct order preparation, enabling timely and incident-free delivery.
  • Managing incidents during the delivery process (damage, delays, etc.), to effectively resolve issues affecting delivery and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Managing RMAs to ensure proper handling of returns and replacements, minimizing service and accounting impacts.
  • Monitoring and controlling client account status, inventory levels (especially Zennio materials), recording incoming and outgoing movements.
  • Administrative document management of commercial logistics
  • Placing replenishment orders and purchases according to demand forecasts and consumption
  • Coordinating the reception of goods and verifying incoming documentation, as well as coordinating with customs and customs agents and managing import/export documentation.

Prerequisites:

  • Degree in International Trade, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position.
  • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Results-oriented, with a focus on exceeding established goals.
  • Advanced planning and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Knowledge of office software tools and order management systems (SAP).
  • Fluent Spanish is a plus.
