Whether that's through digital meetings using platforms such as Teams, or state of the art office booking and wayfinding software, or through dazzling and largescale LED wall installations, we make sure that each client has access to the technology they need to succeed.

Using a business-to-business strategy within a mainly corporate client base including office fit-out companies and facilities management companies, we build relationships with our clients that last far longer than the installation period. We have also introduced several innovative services to our roster (such as TenUNIFY & TaaS) to better serve our client base and stay ahead of the highly competitive market.

The Role:

As the Technical Director at TenTech, you will be involved in delivering high quality commercial AV projects throughout the UK (predominantly in London and surrounding areas). The Technical Director will oversee the development, implementation and maintenance of all company systems and processes, including troubleshooting any potential issues. They are responsible for making key decisions that relate to continuous improvement within all areas of technical operations and managing the teams that are deploying and supporting AV systems. You will wear a lot of hats as the role is regulatory, operational and commercial.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Maintain, drive, supervise and implement robust technical standards, systems and processes.

·      Influence technology strategies and decisions with a high-level of expertise and knowledge.

·      Provide direction and support to ensure compliance with relevant legislative specifications and standards.

·      Lead a team of staff installing and supporting products and address training needs when necessary.

·      Coordinate the regular testing of products to address faults and provide evaluations in order to improve them.

·      Act as a key contact with customers who have technical issues.

Key requirements:

Essential

·      A minimum of 5 years of B2B technical experience within a technology background (AV preferred) and a strong employment history demonstrating the ability to successfully manage projects.

·      A keen interest in technology and the industry as a whole and an understanding of the AV market.

·      Good communication skills, both written and verbal

·      Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure and under your own initiative.

·      Strong verbal and written and verbal communication skills.

·      Organisational and team leadership skills

·      Full, clean UK driving license.

·      Right to live and work in the UK.

Desirable

·      Problem solving skills, analytical skills and the ability to make decisions quickly.

·      Knowledge of process improvement and validation

·      Knowledge of regulatory standards relevant to your industry

·      The ability to investigate and identify trends.
