Overview

Jordisk is a sustainability consultancy helping businesses turn ESG ambition into operational reality. We partner with clients to navigate regulations reshaping global markets, from packaging rules and eco-design requirements to deforestation due diligence. Our focus is on practical, high-impact integration to change the way companies work.

We're growing. And we're looking for experienced consultants with fluent Mandarin who want out of the Big 4 grind, but still want to do serious, meaningful work but with more flexibility, more autonomy, and more soul.

What You'll Do

As a Consultant in our small team, you'll work directly with clients and their suppliers to:

  • Translate emerging regulations on packaging, deforestation, and product design into operational requirements
  • Map data flows across supply chains and business functions
  • Support the design and delivery of compliance strategies
  • Write practical, executive-ready materials (think policy frameworks, controls, audit trails)
  • Collaborate directly with client teams to build capability, not dependency

This is a client-facing role where you'll contribute to engagements from day one.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–6 years' experience in sustainability, audit, or regulatory consulting—Big 4 or similar is ideal
  • Working knowledge of product or supply chain-related regulations (e.g. packaging, waste, traceability, due diligence, product safety, batteries, REACH)
  • Confident analysing data, mapping processes, and writing client deliverables
  • A sharp mind, low ego, and a bias for action

Bonus if you've worked on circular economy, product compliance, due diligence, or supplier engagement programmes.

Pay: £50,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
