Summary

We are seeking a Receptionist to join our vibrant team at Aphrodite Day Spa. In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive outstanding service and support. Your contributions will help us maintain our reputation for excellence in the beauty industry.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and manage the reception area efficiently.
• Schedule appointments and manage the booking system.
• Handle phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist with upselling services and products to enhance client experience.
• Maintain an organized workspace and ensure cleanliness of the reception area and the spa when needed.
• Process payments and manage cash transactions accurately.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
• Qualifications
• Proven experience in a customer service role in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
• Proficiency in English
• Basic math skills for handling transactions.
• Friendly demeanor with strong phone etiquette.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £12.50-£14.00 per hour
