Johnsons Leisure Limited, one of the UK's largest independent retailers of premium outdoor living products, is looking for a Retail Customer Service & Admin Assistant to join our friendly team at Colemans Garden Centre, Templepatrick, Ballyclare.

Working in our unique outdoor living display village, you'll play a key role in supporting sales of our stunning garden rooms, luxury hot tubs, composite decking and indoor saunas — while also helping with the administration and coordination that keeps the branch running smoothly.

About the Role

This is a varied and rewarding role that blends customer service, showroom support and admin tasks.

Depending on your experience and strengths, your focus could include:

  • Greeting customers, answering enquiries, and helping them learn more about our products
  • Recording and managing customer details on our CRM system
  • Following up customer enquiries and maintaining accurate records
  • Assisting with showroom presentation and product displays
  • Coordinating appointments and follow-ups for the sales team
  • Supporting with day-to-day admin, filing, and data entry
  • Ensuring every customer enjoys a warm, professional experience from first visit to final purchase

What We're Looking For

  • Good understanding of Microsoft Office and general computer literacy
  • Team player with excellent time management skills

What We Offer

  • Starting from £12.60 per hour (average 43 hours per week)
