We're partnering with a forward-thinking business that believes design is central to its success. They've built a growing in-house creative studio and are now searching for a
Lead Designer
who can combine vision, craft, and leadership to take their creative output to the next level.

  • You'll lead a talented design team (3–5 creatives) and inspire them to push boundaries.
  • You'll have a seat at the table — working closely with senior stakeholders and influencing brand strategy.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years in a senior design role, ideally leading teams and delivering across multiple channels.
  • A strong portfolio that shows you can bring ideas to life across brand, digital, print, and campaigns.
  • Someone equally comfortable mentoring designers and presenting ideas to senior stakeholders.
  • Skilled in Adobe CC, Figma, and the latest design tools.
  • Bonus if you've dabbled in motion, UX, or worked in complex/regulated industries.

The Package

  • £80,000 – £90,000 base salary
