The role
Lead and manage the Systems Integrator Horizontal, providing governance, financial management, supplier oversight, and project reporting to ensure robust programme delivery across business and technology initiatives.

You will

  • Line management of a cross-functional team including 3rd party Systems Integration resources.
  • Oversee programme governance, financial oversight, supplier performance, and adherence to delivery standards.
  • Own programme-level reporting, including integrated dashboards, risk and issue tracking, and executive-level updates.
  • Establish and embed project delivery standards across the programme.
  • Drive continuous improvement in delivery assurance and governance processes.

You have

  • Proven leadership experience within large-scale programmes.
  • Experience managing multi-disciplinary delivery services teams.
  • Strong understanding of financial controls, budget management, and supplier governance.
  • Experience with ADO (Azure DevOps) tooling and project reporting frameworks.
