Hidden Creative
is looking for a talented 3D Artist with strong skills in high-quality hard surface modeling (high poly/low poly), a sharp eye for detail, and a passion for creative problem solving.

You'll be part of a small, motivated team working across Industrial metaverse, VR and immersive tech, contributing to acclaimed interactive experiences and video content.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Modelling from image reference and CAD data
  • Lighting and rendering, particularly in Unity and Vray
  • Creating tileable textures and crop/trim sheets
  • UV unwrapping for textures and light bakes
  • Gathering reference for asset creation (Moodboards/Figma)
  • Work to schedules to deliver work to agreed milestones

Key Candidate Requirements:

  • Able to quickly prototype from rough sketches
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong time management and organisation skills
  • Proficient with 3D art creation tools such as Maya
  • Proficient with 2D software such as Photoshop
  • Experience working with game engines such as Unity and Unreal
  • Knowledge of optimisation processes and rendering techniques
  • Positive attitude towards learning new skills and techniques

Nice-to-have skills

  • Animation
  • Concept drawing and/or storyboarding
  • XR Experience
  • Knowledge of other visualisation software such as Cinema 4D / After Effects
