Children's Residential Support Worker (Bank) – Bradford

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate Children's Residential Support Worker who is looking for some flexibility in their working life while developing their career with a values-led care organisation based in Bradford.

Our 3-bed children's home supports young people with emotional and behavioural needs (EBD) in a nurturing, structured, and therapeutic environment.

We are now looking to expand our Bank Staff Team with skilled and reliable professionals who share our commitment to helping children build brighter futures.

Essential Requirements

  • Previous experience working within a children's residential home (EBD or similar setting).
  • Currently working towards Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or Level 3/4 Children, Young People and Families Practitioner qualification.
  • A genuine passion for improving the lives of children and young people.
  • Ability to work within safeguarding and safer-recruitment frameworks, promoting the welfare of children at all times.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including sleep-ins, weekends, and bank holidays as required.
