We are looking for an Executive Assistant to join TeamAccu

The Executive Assistant will play a pivotal role at the heart of a rapidly growing business, working directly with the MD and CEO to help drive strategy and growth. This is more than a traditional EA role you'll be preparing business cases, presenting company information, and supporting leadership with business plans that shape the future of the organisation.

We're looking for someone who can juggle a busy workload with confidence, communicate clearly, and handle sensitive information with discretion, all while contributing to a team that's ambitious, collaborative, and building something exciting.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support & Strategic Business Focus

  • Work directly with the MD and CEO, supporting them in delivering key business objectives.

  • Prepare and present business cases, company updates, and strategic reports to support leadership decision-making.

  • Create polished presentations, documents, and meeting packs that clearly communicate business insights and priorities.

  • Manage diaries, coordinate meetings, and ensure senior leaders are prepared for key discussions.

  • Support board meetings and leadership sessions by preparing agendas, capturing key discussions, and following up on actions.

Administration & Operations

  • Coordinate travel, accommodation, and itineraries efficiently in a fast-moving environment.

  • Maintain organised, accurate, and confidential records and documents.

  • Assist with company events, internal communications, and team activities to foster a connected culture.

  • Keep projects on track by monitoring deadlines, following up on actions, and supporting efficient workflows.

Communication & Coordination

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external partners, providing a professional and approachable presence.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships across the business to facilitate collaboration as the company grows.

  • Ensure clear, timely communication between the executive team and the wider organisation.

Ad-hoc & Project Work

  • Conduct research and prepare materials to support informed business decisions.

  • Contribute to business improvement initiatives and special projects that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Provide flexible support wherever required, adapting to the evolving needs of a fast-growing business.

Skills & Attributes

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with experience preparing business-focused materials.

  • Confident working with Google Workspace.

  • Able to handle confidential information with professionalism.

  • Calm under pressure, adaptable, and able to manage changing priorities.

  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to anticipate needs.

  • A positive, supportive team player with strong interpersonal skills.

  • A business-minded approach, with an interest in strategy, planning, and growth initiatives.
