This role involves producing and filming a dynamic 1–2 minute announcement movie to promote a new Twitch stream series based in Oxford. The project draws inspiration from high-energy, cinematic examples and requires a creative professional who can collaborate on concept development, direction, and execution. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to shape the film's style and narrative, working closely with the project lead to ensure the final product is engaging and visually compelling. Creative input is highly encouraged, and support with editing is also appreciated.

Deliverables

  • Collaborate on concept development and visual direction for the short film
  • Film and produce a 1–2 minute announcement movie in Oxford, ensuring high production value
  • Edit footage to create a polished, engaging final cut suitable for online promotion
  • Incorporate feedback and iterate on the project as needed
  • Deliver the final video in formats optimized for Twitch and social media platforms

Requirements

  • Proven experience in video production, filming, and editing short-form content
  • Proficiency with professional video cameras, lighting, and audio equipment
  • Strong skills in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
  • Ability to work collaboratively and contribute creative ideas to the project
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Availability for on-location filming in Oxford
  • Portfolio or examples of previous short films or promotional videos preferred
