We are looking for someone to be part of our small and friendly team as a full-time Showroom Assistant at our London flagship store in the Design Centre Chelsea Harbour.

The successful applicant will be well-presented, have excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, along with being able to work well within a small team. It is important that the applicant is confident, reliable, motivated and can use their initiative when required as well as being able to work under pressure. We are looking for a 'can-do attitude'.

  • To be confident and welcoming with our customers in the showroom, and to develop good customer relationships.
  • To process trade and retail orders, deal with phone and email enquiries as well as various administrative tasks to ensure the showroom runs smoothly.
  • Keeping our sample room up to date and organised, as well as processing sample orders.
  • To be proficient in social media. In this role you will be responsible for monitoring the Instagram account, as well as creating and sharing content.
  • Ensuring the showroom looks presentable and organised at all times.
  • To be able to confidently advise on fabrics and wallpapers, with a good eye for colour and design.
  • 5 days a week in the showroom, from 9:30am to 5:30pm
