Everyman Racing is the UK's largest provider of driving experiences and automotive events, running over 200,000 drives each year. We're based at Prestwold Driving Centre near Loughborough, with events held nationwide at venues including Goodwood, Brands Hatch, Donington Park and more.
The Role
We're looking for a full-time General Labourer to join our Workshop and Events teams based at Prestwold. This is a varied, hands-on role supporting both our workshop operations and event setups across the UK. You'll help prepare vehicles, load equipment, assist with site maintenance, and travel to events when required.
If you're practical, reliable and enjoy physical work, this is a great opportunity to join a friendly team where no two days are the same.
Key Duties
- Assist with general workshop and site labouring tasks
- Prepare and check vehicles and event equipment
- Load and unload vans and lorries with event gear and materials
- Drive 3.5t vans for collections, deliveries and event transport across the UK
- Support event setup and breakdown on-site nationwide
- Carry out site maintenance including groundwork and general upkeep
- Perform stock checks and assist with inventory control
- Maintain a tidy, safe and organised working environment
- Regular travel and overnight stays required (1–2 nights, hotel provided)
What You'll Need
- Full UK driving license (essential)
- Experience driving 3.5t vans
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
- Reliable, hardworking and a good team player
- Able to work independently and manage your own workload
- Flexible with travel and working hours when needed
- Previous experience in a labourer, workshop, or maintenance role preferred
- Basic mechanical knowledge beneficial (training provided)
