Family Law Content Specialist, Battersea office

  • As LEAP's Family Law Content Specialist, you will be instrumental in shaping our offering and ensuring LEAP's position as the best Family Law software solution in the UK market.
  • Alongside the Head of Family Law, you will identify opportunities for future development and content projects to enhance the end consumer experience, developing and delivering new forms and precedents to improve usage, engaging with customers and other stakeholders to source feedback, and reporting KPI's to the team.
  • Permanent, Full-time, hybrid working model: 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

Meet the Family Law & Content teams

Working in Family Law means staying at the top of your game. This role is ideal for someone who believes custom technology and AI can drive that success. You'll join LEAP's new Family Law vertical, helping build and deliver tailored products and services for practitioners. As a tech-minded collaborator who loves innovation and improvement, you'll work with Product Owners, Developers, and Specialists to create cutting-edge solutions.

LEAP's Content team ensures our software remains world-class, maintaining global standards, legal accuracy, and compliance across jurisdictions. From database design to document management and legal research, we're streamlining and automating the Family Law experience, helping law firms help people.

What you'll do

  • Research forms, legislation, and legal processes relevant to Family Law.
  • Create, update, and deliver high quality automated legal forms and precedents for use by law firms.
  • Use of dedicated automaton tools using the latest Microsoft technology to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with organisational standards.
  • Utilise JavaScript to enhance the functionality and interactivity of our forms and precedents, enabling dynamic content and customised user experiences (full training provided).
  • Conduct thorough testing to ensure forms function correctly with the software, validating data entry fields, JavaScript elements, and fixing any issues that arise. 
  • Develop and maintain an outstanding knowledge of LEAP & its companion products.
  • Promote use of LEAP products & drive adoption in Family Law.
  • Ensure LEAP's processes comply with up-to-date legislation within Family Law.
  • Attend industry events to speak with existing customers and build strong relationships.

What you'll bring

  • 1-2 years' experience working within Family Law.   
  • Very comfortable using Microsoft Word.
  • Experience with case management systems and document automation systems would be advantageous.
  • A passion for technology.
  • Ability to work on own initiative.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal); skilled in dealing sensitively with clients.  
  • A strong attention to detail.
