Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Fast Food Attendants to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional service to our customers while ensuring a clean and efficient kitchen environment. Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality food and maintaining a positive dining experience for all patrons.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately.
  • Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring food safety protocols are followed.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Assist in the preparation of ingredients and cooking of menu items as required.
  • Handle cash transactions and operate the till efficiently.
  • Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

Skills

  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary skills is advantageous.
  • Understanding of food safety standards to ensure a hygienic working environment.
  • Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
  • Experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is preferred but not essential.
  • Ability to upsell products effectively, enhancing the customer experience.
  • A positive attitude with a willingness to help others and work as part of a team.
