Overview

We are seeking a vigilant and professional Door Supervisors, Level 2 Spectator Safety Stewards & Event Stewards to join our team for ongoing work. The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our patrons and staff.

Responsibilities.

  • Enforce venue/event policies and licensing regulations effectively while maintaining a friendly atmosphere.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and members of the public.
  • Provide first aid assistance in case of emergencies, ensuring the safety of all individuals on the premises.
  • Collaborate with local authorities and emergency services when necessary.
  • Prepare incident reports as required and maintain accurate records of any occurrences.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a security role or as a Door Supervisor is preferred
  • Previous experience working as a spectator safety steward and event steward
  • First aid certification is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact positively with patrons and staff.
  • Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations professionally.
