The Opportunity

Are you a proactive problem-solver with a passion for building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service? We are looking for a Field Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will support our customers in the North East region, ensuring the effective use of our industry-leading chemicals and equipment through expert training and on-site support.

What You'll Be Doing

Service Excellence

  • Provide exceptional service to key strategic and national accounts.
  • Follow tailored service plans to ensure customer satisfaction.

Hands-On Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive training sessions to client teams.
  • Conduct on-site audits to assess performance and adherence.
  • Monitor product effectiveness and suggest improvements.
  • Minimize downtime using remote diagnostics and tools.

Collaboration & Customer Engagement

  • Work closely with National and Internal Account Teams to align on service objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling; share insights with sales teams.
  • Maintain detailed records and reporting using Salesforce for clear communication.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven track record in customer service or a field-based service role.
  • Technical proficiency and IT literacy, particularly with Excel and Salesforce.
  • Experience in the cleaning, hygiene, or related industries (preferred).
  • A full UK driving license is required.
