We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Marketing Team and help strengthen our brand through engaging, professional design.

About the Role

This is a varied, hands-on role where you'll create a wide range of digital and print materials from social media graphics and brochures to website visuals and presentations. You'll work closely with the Marketing and People Teams to produce high-quality, on-brand content that supports recruitment, engagement, and client attraction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design high-quality graphics, illustrations, and layouts for marketing campaigns.
  • Create and update brochures, newsletters, and presentations.
  • Develop engaging visual content for social media and the company website.
  • Source and edit photos to maintain a consistent, professional brand identity.
  • Ensure all materials reflect Unique Senior Care's brand values and tone.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across departments to deliver creative support.
  • Stay up to date with design trends and suggest ways to enhance our brand.
About You
  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar creative role.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills across digital and print.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Canva.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Willingness to undergo a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.

Desirable:

  • Experience in the care or healthcare sector.
  • Photography or video editing skills.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress.
