Job Summary

As the Food & Beverage Manager, you will be the driving force behind our culinary and service excellence Your leadership will inspire our team to deliver outstanding dining experiences while ensuring operational efficiency. You will oversee all aspects of food and beverage management, from menu development to staff training, creating an environment where both guests and team members thrive.

What you'll do

  • Lead and manage daily operations of food and beverage services, ensuring top-notch quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop innovative menus that reflect current trends and cater to diverse customer preferences.
  • Supervise inventory control processes to minimize waste and optimize cost management.
  • Train, mentor, and develop staff in culinary skills, customer service, and food safety protocols.
  • Implement effective cash handling procedures and oversee POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene in compliance with food handling regulations.
  • Manage budgeting processes to ensure profitability while maintaining exceptional service standards.
  • Foster a positive team environment through effective communication, leadership, and conflict resolution.

Basic qualifications

  • Proven experience in food service management or restaurant management roles.
  • Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable dining experiences.
  • Experience with inventory control and budgeting in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred qualifications

  • Previous experience in fine dining or casual dining settings is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with catering services and banquet operations is a plus.
  • Background in hospitality management or culinary arts is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while fostering a culture of training & development.
