WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

Reporting to the Senior Account Manager, efficiently managing and overseeing the Key Account Management team, and remaining adaptable to changing needs and market dynamics.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Communicating as the main point of contact directly with assigned customers via various channels;
  • Proactively activating and reactivating customers in their assigned team portfolio;
  • Creating plans to increase the KPIs of assigned customers;
  • Analysing Team KPIs and creating strategies to increase accordingly;
  • Monitoring productivity, performance, and sales targets of the Account Specialists;

REQUIREMENTS

  • Have a minimum of 6 months of work experience as an Account Specialist  AND/OR 6
    months of experience as a Team Leader at CX Fort Ltd.

SKILLS

  • Excellent command of English and Turkish, both written and spoken;
  • Demonstrated ability to guide and inspire team members toward the achievement of common goals;
  • Customer-oriented mindset;
  • Adaptable to a dynamic environment and flexible working hours;
  • Results-oriented approach, ensuring successful project delivery within specified timelines;
  • Have good planning and organisational abilities, effectively coordinating tasks and resources to meet objectives;
  • Be well-versed in using Google Workspace;
